You could order a copy from down here and probably have in 10 or so days. Not sure if the discs are region coded but UK is the same as down here anyway so that wouldn't be a problem.

Good advice mate, I just ordered from JB Hifi

I'm UK too and ordered from Oz on ebay. Was told that it's been dispatched yesterday. Can't wait! Bugger waiting another month for UK release.

Cool, mine was despatched overnight so hopefully be here within a week. I've still got the German Steelbook on pre-order and will also buy both the UK 2D release and the 3D release as well as the anthology set.

on DVD? Seriously???? Unless you're being a completist and buying every physical media release including the DVD.

Blu Ray all the way.

So yeah I never preordered the Best Buy steelbook edition so figured I'd try and get to the store as close to when they open as possible and then swing by the game store on the way home to get my game copy. I got to Best Buy 30 minutes after they opened and the steelbook spots were all empty! I asked a associate if they had any more and he commented that there were all on the shelf but if they're not there then chances are they sold out but he'll check the back.

At this point a second associate jumped in saying they only received 6 steelbooks in and were likely all gone despite being open for only 30 minutes. He took a peak at all the shelves and display and one full standup display of all the Fury Road blus and DVDs I had missed still had a steelbook. The last one in fact!

So according to iTunes I can't even buy the digital version for another 3 weeks. What retard is in charge of distribution, tens maybe even hundreds of thousands of people in the EU are going to pirate this now since there is no other way to get it without buying abroad. That is an enormous cut into the profits that the DVD/Blu-ray/digital sales stand to make.

Seriously what is the point of pushing people towards piracy?

Nice unboxing video of the limited edition interceptor set here. The models small but looks pretty good with some brilliant detailing (except that the rear right wheel isnt stuffed with rags - shame). Loving the steelbook though, hope thats in the UK version of this boxset that I have on order.

Not everyone has a Blu Ray player.

( for instance, most of my stuff is made of second-hand skip finds, and nobodies thrown out a fixable PS3 near me just yet :P )
Whoever they send here, we're gonna catch 'em, we're gonna cook 'em, and we're gonna eat 'em!
