Color correcting the Wez action figure.

I've recently been unpacking stuff. These were exciting about 8 years ago, but after being in storage and seeing them for the first time in 8 years, the only ones really worth a damn are Wez and Humongus. The weathering on the figures look more like they took a mud bath, rather than dust. Also the wrong part of his armor is colored silver....
I decieded to fix that. ( I should also start taking before & after shots, or progress pictures.)
Still a Work in Progress...

I remember when those figures came out. They looked like cartoon characters; I was disappointed . I don't know why they did not go for more realistic look. They were paying for licensing anyway... Might as well do better on sculpting. No wonder they went out.

I will be looking forward to seeing your customization of Wez figure, Zarana-X.

I think you're the perfect man for the job, Zarana!

Here's a Wez toy still in the box for comparison:

I'm looking forward to seeing you get these figures done right!

I did this myself 11 years ago when they first came out, re-painted Gyro's pants too and some of Warrior woman's suit as well, the studs on her clothing wern't highlighted enough, i also added some extra little bits onto Wez's gauntlett crossbow, since the one they gave him was lame as shit and wasn't movie accurate.
Gave Max his red bandana on the shoulder too before Series 2 corrected that.
A fan shoulda made these figures, not a company.
