Ok, here's a quest for an obscure article (at least to me...) I haven't seen reference to it anywhere else.


Back in the mid-late '80's I saw an article on a Mad Max figure in Hobby Japan. It was either a resin cast or a large action figure based on Mad Max poster art, i.e. helmet w/ visor, etc. I saw it in a used comic book store in the summer of '89, and for some reason I think the article was in an '87 issue. Haven't seen it since. And it's haunted me...


I'm not talking about the resin model kit from MM2 with the dog. This was scratchbuilt and earlier.


Anybody else remember this, or am I crazy? Not that the first excludes the second.
