I've built the monsters in motion Interceptor and I'm very happy with the final result, but you must have experience on resin kits. I sent to Peter Barton some nice pictures for the models section, so you'll be able to see it online.

I originally started with the TNT kit but I also bought the VQ kit about a year later. The VQ is the best when it comes to what the car should really look like.

The only draw back is that it's quite thick which makes it a bit harder to to install the interior/chasis but there's nothing that can't be altered in the modeling world.

Unfortunately you will NOT find a kit that can be just thrown togehter... I've so far used 5 different plastic kits just to get the parts I needed, not to mention the heaps of "little parts" that you can get seperately at the local hobby shop,

plus a scratch built Scott injector and Weiand drive, but that's just me being a fussy bastard. I will say that at least VQ but real effort into making the car look correct and he didn't just jump on the band wagon to make a few bucks like some of those other suppliers.

There is one thing that none of the kits offer though and that's a correct interior..the seats are fairly close but they need to produce a dash that that... well..... they just need to make a dash. So there's my unbiased opinion.

V-8... What section are your models under on Peter's site? I looked in the Custom Model section and didn't see it. Is it one of the two under the "Modeler's Spotlight?"

(Sneek Peek) I'm currently working on a MicroChargers "Black on Black" (MM1.5) body. It's taking me longer to build than Maxs' Thunderbuggy. Who knew one could turn four pieces of plastic into seventy..and the thing is shorter than a ignition key! Upon closer inspection of the Bit Char-g's (No.38) body, I found it to be REALLY inacurate...even for a small toy. The stock white and black Falcon body looks good though. Only prob, how to get one in the US? My Road Warrior shelf looks like the General Lee car lot for The Dukes of Hazzard, with all of the Interceptors/Black on Blacks/Mack tanker and Pursuits in various scales and completion levels. Need to work faster.
