More updates....
I used a truck air cleaner on the primary fuel system mainly because I imagine the motor of that size would suck a lot of air, let's say in a sand storm and have clean air
and on the open road on a clear day it can kick in the secondary blowers on top (like the interceptor) and open it right up with NOS of course to run down it's pray on the
road.. I don't think it would handle cornering to well.....

Looking good keep going I want to see the end product.

Something like that won't take off well, corner good, or stop to fast, but you won't be out running it on the straights either.

It's not about the money, it's about sending a message!

I think it be a pig to drive...
Not much progress this week but here is the layout before I start adding the bits & pieces on to it like front grill (maybe the 32 grill) and a bull bar from hell.

I have a small suggestion about the grille.

The 32 grille would be an obvious choice for what essentially it is - a rat rod. I was thinking maybe it'd be a good idea to break away from that norm in a sense that in Mad Max people would slap on any kind of grille available, like from a sedan but modified it to fit. Kind of like in the RW where one of the ex-cop sedans had a jeep grille, in fact many cars from that movie had grilles from other vehicles. I'm going on a tangent here but in Fury Road vehicles were somewhat complete for what they were, not 'kit bashed' as such really. So, I don't know, it's just an idea that i have, maybe you could consider it and see how that would go. I think it would give it a really genuine Mad Max feel.

All of the above and maybe a flamethrower on the back or a platform for a lancer , there's room
But seriously that thing is beast

I hear what you are saying Taipan, so I have be going though all of my car bits and pieces but I found nothing was quite working for me. I even looked at placing a truck grill on it but made it look too much like a truck again.
I tried scratch building something and that did not look good either.
So I have gone back to the 32 but put a wire grill in there. Hell I may as well put the front wheel guards on too.... I don't think you will see it by the time I place the bull bar on it. (The grill could go all together.)
But this can change again too...
As for the back I have a 44 gallon drum I was using for a fuel tank which will be chained on to the back of the chassis, I did not want to have them on the side look too much like a truck again, in the boot the battery was going there, but a platform on top of that, Mmmm
A friend gave me a 50 cal machine gun, an M2 I think. I could not pass that up, thinking of mounting that above the roof on some bar work on the left so a guy can stand up in the cab through the roof. But next is the bull bar...
This thing is changing and evolving every time I look at it, and I appreciate the input guys, it gives me more food for thought...
