Anybody done a Jim Goose helmet?

I've heard of a couple people trying it. It's a bit tricky because the helmet has that weird faceguard that snaps onto the helmet with 2 snaps on each side. All of the helmets I've seen have one snap on either side. Then there's the clear shield and visor, which I think would be a little easier to find.


There are replicas selling out there.

It's a pretty simple design. I think Whitehouse wanted like, $500... I can make my own I'm sure for much less...

I made the goose helmet for under a $100.00 . The hardest thing to find is the flip shield.

That's really nice.


I'm finding that the hardest thing is the mouth guard. I found the flip up visors all over eBay for like, $9 to $16...


Your flip shield does look closer to the real one than the others I saw on line.
