Hey Karol, it'll be great to finally meet The Man in person. Don't suppose you'll have any Berserker jackets with you? :)

ROADWAR 151

Sorry if this posts more than once, Still having some sort of technical difficulties????, and I want to make sure this information is getting out

ROADWAR151 is only a month away now, and it's looking to be a huge event for MM Fans. As of right now we have over thirty vehicles planning on attending the run. "And now for the big announcement!"

"We have it on good account that a very special Interceptor will make its debut during ROADWAR151!"

When else are you going to have a chance to see an Interceptor, chasing a tanker, followed by at least 30 other Hot rods, Bikes, American and Australian Muscle Cars, and trucks, down a highway lined with blue bonnets no less??????

So if you haven't yet drop me a line at roadwar151@sbcglobal.net and register your attendance! You can see further detail at roadwarusa.com ("updates will be frequent so keep checking back there and here!")

And don't forget to go the Alamo Drafthouse cinema site to pre-purchase your tickets for the MM Movie Marathon ("It would truly suck to come to San Antonio, enjoy a great run with fellow fans and then sit in a parking lot with security guards while we all enjoy a pint and MM on the big screen")

Ok, it's getting close to the date, so maybe it's time to talk about who is going when and how they are getting there. If people would like to link up and trek, we need to figure it out.

Or is everyone else from Texas?

Jake:

The Berserker jacket project is still up in the air right now. I'm basically just waiting for the other guy I'm working on this with to give me the word.

Tentative plan...

Since we got extended, I'll still be here in West Central Louisiana. Do we wanna leave from here or meet at some halfway point to San Antonio?

Who else is road tripping it from the East Coast or Midwest?

ROADWAR 151

Got together last night with the club owners that are doing the pre party for us (Broadway Brew haus). Well it appears that the "pre-party" will defiantly rival the main events (the RUN and the Movie Marathon), they are very excited and motivated to make it huge and an event to be remembered. They are going to arrange for two more bands, liquor vendors, radio time, a costume contest, etc. etc. And best of all "NO COVER" and great specials. The location is great, it has two patios and a huge parking lot that is lighted very well (they will be putting on extra security staff to protect the vehicles that come out. So if you can make it into town by Friday (15th of April) evening this is going to be a "don't miss" portion of what is turning out to be a "ROADWAR" weekend.

For those of us not from San Antonio, looking at the map, there's no start or end point labeled. Does the run go north to south or south to north?
