That would be awesome! There's also a huge cruise in in Daytona called the "Art of the Automobile" or something.

It has been over 6 months since the car has changed hands. It is interesting that the car has changed hands as the new film goes into production.
I have searched the Dezer Car Museum site and they have not posted any pics of the car yet. Enough time has passed for them to take delivery of it. Has anyone been to it's new home to see it yet? No pictures of it has me wondering:

1) Is it in the paint booth being restored to it's film glory.
or
2)Is it in Nambia. Dezer leases his cars out for various reasons; events, filming, etc.
This would certainly pay for his investment. Even if it is only used in a few cameo "hero" shots with the press release Interceptor doing the dirty work. It would not be difficult to re-dress the original for the new film and still return it to Dezer in excellent condition.

Many of us feel that the BoB Interceptor is THE star of the original films, and it would be appropriate for it to reappear.
