Thanks for the pix Brad.
LTDHO = Supercharged Intercooled 5.7L 360rwkw, 6 speed

XB Coupe = Stock Fairmont GS with 351 and 4 speed.

But I really want a 600rwhp XB coupe!

A lot of effort was taken to ensure there would be no overspray in the engine bay.....not.......lol.

And started the wet rub-back process. I cant even remember what grit we used at this stage.
The undercoat had a light guide coat sprayed over the top and our plan was to rub back until that guide coat was completely gone.
I think it took two of us all day from memory.

The car just looks like some crappy old paddock basher with those old 12 slotters and the undercoat. In two days time it would be back the way it should.

Good eye. Its a 15x8 on a turbine rim. I pulled the wheels off before the respray and ran out of spare wheels, so I used one of my old turbine rims.
