Just some pics of my early stages of 3D Pursuit Special

Postby Lonewolf » Sun May 11, 2014 8:01 pm

This my first real attempt at making a 3D version of my favorite movie car of all time. Still in development, with more details to be added. And I will be making a MM2 version as well. Hope you enjoy them. Cheers.

The car looks spot on with the proportions and all. Nice job!

Where did you get measurements for the supercharger? What scale is it in?

I based all the measurement from sight in accordance with it positioning within the bonnet. Just updated the blower to be more film accurate and to display the Weiand logo on it. Have to fix the bonnet again.

Just got used KeyShot to render my Models. I must say at 1 to 3 hours to render on my old laptop, it is a stretch in time consumption. But the images came out better than I hoped. Time to get more details, and lean this program better. Cheers.
