Toecutter's Story?

Who do you think this guy was before the apocalypse? Was he always a bandit, or do you think he might have been someone driven to insanity by the effects of the energy crisis?

I think he was a sociopath whom took the opportunity to do what he wanted.
From what I gather - Toecutter is both smart and crazy. If you look at his gang The Nightrider was clearly insane and reckless, Johnny was the same (at least he tried), Zinetti was cold and calculated - that's why he was Toecutter's right hand. Other than that it seems like complete guesswork although I'm pretty sure Miller had a backstory for Toecutter just like he had for other characters, we just don't know it.

He was probably just a biker from the start. Bubba was definitely more capable, and a lot less cowardly. Toecutter fled from a critically injured Max, though this could be because he didn't have a gun on him. Toecutter was mostly talk and intimidation. He looked and acted crazy, but the only time he fought was when they attacked the hot rod.

Didn't he die before the apocalypse?
LTDHO = Supercharged Intercooled 5.7L 360rwkw, 6 speed

XB Coupe = Stock Fairmont GS with 351 and 4 speed.

But I really want a 600rwhp XB coupe!

Yes.
The apocalypse happened some time after his Death. :roll:
