Some time back I posted a frame of conceptual artwork (top) by John Eaves , a guy vying for a job on the film back in 2002.

Whoa, this just got seriously interesting!

Anyone else up for some ninja snooping? I got a mate with a good camera and lense, though not telescopic, could pick up fair detail from a small distance.

You wont see anything. The cars were in the warehouse, and the outside fence is covered.
You best chance is waiting for a delivery, and 'walking by' when the doors are open...but be prepared to wait a long time.

Charger in red circle?
LTDHO = Supercharged Intercooled 5.7L 360rwkw, 6 speed

XB Coupe = Stock Fairmont GS with 351 and 4 speed.

But I really want a 600rwhp XB coupe!

You underestimate my audacity!
I do urban exploration. If I wasn't prepared to get a little dirty or climb something, I wouldn't bother.

Yeah, possibly.
May I chuck out some speculation and think that it is possibly in a yellow base for an MFP paintjob?

Remember this?

Went to the pub last night and got into a conversation with a bloke who said he was working on Mad Max 4. I thought he was full of it until he showed me some footage from his iphone that showed a metal finished xb coupe with a massive blower and jacked up rear end driving around what looked to be a parking lot.

[snip]

He showed me a couple of other pictures of vehicles to be used in film one was a 30's Ford style hot rod with twin blowers on it (his words) and two stripped down trucks that looked like tripped down airport trucks.

If we assume for a moment that this bloke (and the guy interrogating him) are actually telling the truth, then based on the full quote linked below....

A. There's a metal finished xb coupe with a massive blower and jacked up rear end, as quoted above
B. They've built 6 Coupe's 4 of which will be finished in metal
C. The story will start out with a coupe done up like the original. (!)
D. The film makers have $250 million to spend. This amount was mentioned well before we knew there were to be 2 movies. In my view, that adds even more credibility to these rumors.

I first posted the full quote back in April.

And how about the tanker truck in the middle of the picture, if that's what it is.
The tractor looks modified and the tanker trailer is missing some panels. You can look inside the tanker. Maybe there will be some action from inside the tanker?
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Those two big green/black military 8x8's look interesting.

As does this beast. Looks like a car body shell on top of a truck chassis?
