I just know that the only movie Mel Gibson is in right now is a smaller role in The Singing Detective with Robert Downey Jr. in the lead. It's getting mixed reviews over here in the states.

Why dont the owner(s) of the site send an email do Mel Gibson and ask if the damn movie its still going to be made. There must be a way to contact him in one way or the other.........

This movie will not be a failure. It's understood the first THREE chapters are universally seen as cinematic masterpieces.

well, maybe not the first THREE. But the first TWO? yeah sure.

\and it ain't just me talkin' here. its a proven fact. Look it up, any reviewer, (well AUSTRALIAN reviewer anyway), never review the third one as possitively as the first two.

I also liked Thunderdome, sure it was probably the worst of the three, BUT its still interesting because every of the 3 movies is different and that's what makes them all really interesting, also i dont usually like Tina Turner music, well some, but her music in Thunderdome is quite nice, specially the "ONE OF THE LIVING"...........
