Immortan Joe's suit

So with regard to his breathing apparatus, several sources have said its definitely to ensure he breathes clean air, that's fine but where does this clean air come from? He doesn't carry an oxygen tank with him and there's only so much air that could go in that hood thing he has that moves like bellows as we see at the start. Also in general where does this pure air come from? Sure he has his biodome that we barely glimpsed but are we to believe that this is airtight? I would have liked to see more of Joe's personal setup to understand more.

He breathes normal air that goes through some filters first. You don't see the filters very easy, but on page 60 of the art of book you can see one very clearly.

Edit:
Borrowed this picture from an other tread. You can see the filter on the left side.

"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Aha thanks for the info mate. I have the art book so i'll have another look later. I assume the same would be true of Rictus and Corpus, or does Rictus have some kind of dual air tanks on his back?

Haven't seen it clearly yet, but I think he has some filter system as well.
